Youth development is a process that prepares a young person to meet the challenges of adolescence and adulthood and achieve success in long run. Youth development is promoted through activities and training programmes which enable them to engage in community activities with responsibility. The young talented people actively involving in the developmental programmes across the community. RLHP formed a cultural team with a group of teens and organising awareness programmes by using different methods such as street plays, rallies, campaigns etc. Most of them were school dropouts and take over the household responsibilities in younger ages, hence, RLHP initiated different vocational training programmes such as, Beautician course, computer course, tailoring training etc. to attain financial independence and an easy access to the available resources which help them to improve their health, livelihood, education and overall development. Along with these training programmes RLHP extends life skill education, personality development, classes on Gender, Environment, Menstrual hygiene, and other similar social issues to develop a responsible and sensible generation for the future.
