Child Centered: The child is kept in focus when making decisions about their lives and working in partnership with them and their families.

Integrated Community Development: The whole community is involved, respected and empowered with the skills they need to effect change within their communities and ensuring local ownership of initiatives.

Bottom Up: In order to empower the people and make them access the public schemes, a bottom up approach is adopt ed to create transparency and accountability from the village level to the district level.

Capacity building trainings for the PRIs and other stakeholders, whose skills are developed for the downward, horizontal, mutual and upward accountability.

People’s Participation: People are closely involved in the economic, social and cultural and political processes that affect their lives.

Social Mobilisation: A process where people are organised in order to enable them to collectively think and act upon their development
